Photo control
BEFORE and AFTER photos are mandatory at every stage. The AI checks the photo really is of that site and that job.
Time tracking
The worker clocks “Start” and “Finish”. GPS only confirms they were on site — no constant tracking.
Mandatory checklist
Until the required steps are done, the next task won't open. No shortcuts.
Materials
Take in 40 m² of tile, use 12. The system knows the remainder and warns about overrun or a stock shortfall.
Tools
Laser, drill, grinder… issued and returned. The AI sees who didn't return what.
Stage-by-stage quality
The foreman signs off with a checklist before the next phase opens. If it fails, a rework task is created.
Deadlines under control
